The Merge approach provides a vision of hope in others’ potential for success –and the tools needed to empower someone to find their way, their personal path – the ultimate goal of every recognized Human Being.
First we have to recognize, validate a person – give them a taste of what it feels like to succeed, tap into their strength, the best part of them and allow them that “ah-ha” moment when they see themselves and realize “I AM WORTH IT”.
There, then, the teacher working with the Merge approach creates the stepping stones for students’ success and belief in themselves, to become somebody, to take off and fly.
