This Manual outlines all facets of program design and infrastructure including: needs assessment (including why it’s important); program design (specific, well ordered steps that are necessary to design a comprehensive program); student referrals, intake (the forms and processes you need to bring students into the program), teacher hiring and training, staff meetings, publicity, fundraising, grant writing, and more.
