Rossi Educational Approach
The Rossi Educational Approach addresses personal learning styles and emotional orientations, while using the arts in a culturally authentic and stimulating way. It is successful with disadvantaged or challenged students as well as those who are more fortunate, providing all students with pathways towards greater personal success and enriched ways of being in the world.
As community members train in and work with the Rossi Educational Approach they enhance their abilities to serve as mentors and guides, and provide their students with supportive relationships that build greater trust and a sense of belonging. These relationships can create community cohesion as well as provide the turning point for challenged individuals by freeing their innate desire to grow. Mentor teachers hold students to high standards while adjusting to diverse learning styles, abilities, and needs.
